Crafting Hand is a ceramic installation that examines the development of ceramic production during the industrial era, when mass-produced objects became widely available to the public.

The work imagines a fictional factory setting, presenting a collection of ceramic pieces that includes cast reproductions of the artist’s own hand, a series of stylized ceramic birds, and hand-sculpted abstract forms. Through this assemblage, Crafting Hand reflects on the contrast between individuality and repetition, craftsmanship and mechanisation.
